Who's your pick's for next HC, DC and OC?

sorry Irish but 4 years is long enough, Mike can't win in DC not consistently any way and its proven, He's 22-31 now and unless we make some miracle 8-3 run he will have 3-4 years under .500. I'm over the shanaplan era and I was one if not his biggest supporter even after the Mcnabb debacle.

I think last year made a lot of people forget how broken this organization was and in a lot of ways still is. 4 years just isn't enough time to overcome almost 2 decades of complete and total mismanagement at every level of this organization.

eh I understand that but the Saints turned a whole franchise of losing into a power and TB did it as well under Dungy.

Well, if I'm hiring a new head coach, I'm going for Mike Zimmern and hiring McDaniels as my OC.

That's just nonsense. The worst teams/franchises in league history have been turned around completely in just three years. Mike's had that and more. This is a piss poor team because of him, period. Mike has had complete control from day one and is more responsible for his team than any other coach in the nfl.
