It's Monday Morning for me.
Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I am so frigin lost in that class it's not funny. I currently have an A, but will probably end up with a C when its all said and done.
Think positive man...you can keep the A. You never know, you might catch it eventually.

I've been going crazy looking at houses in the Denver area. Aurora seems to be the place we should shoot for. It's nice, and cheaper.
By the way, this house we are living in is the only house I have ever bought, how easy or hard is it to relocate and buy a house in the new place before you actually move there?

There is no definite answer to that question. There are many factors that can influence how long it takes to settle. It can take as little as one day to as long as months. I honestly cannot answer that question for you.

I've just never done it, so I am unsure as to what needs to take place.
I want to make a smooth transition...I hear a lot of people do it...but unsure as to how they do it.
