Tannehill, Cousins, Weeden etc. are blue collar QB's. What do you think are the issues that he needs to workout? What we need to be concerned with is can they make the throws, lead the WR, make decent decisions, limit the turn overs, and not cost us two yrs worth of top draft picks.
