There has to be a point where Danny wakes up and looks at this product (the team) and says it terrible. He has to wake up and see that the decisions HE is making is hurting this team. He needs a guy that is proven to know how to assess and acquire talent as his right hand.
I hope he has now, 15 years and getting worse each year. When free tickets are available and no sellouts he will freak out.

That's funny here in SF we are having the same issue with Harbaugh and Kaepernick. Harbaugh was talking with Mark Davis (Raiders owner before the game) supposedly he never talks to the owner of a different team before a game and we know the raiders want him for next year. Harbaugh basically telling the 49ers management FU. Washington and SF offseason drama will be interesting, Shanahan's name has been brought up with SF as their next coach.
Knowing The Skins luck Shanahan will have learned from his mistakes here and become a grwat coach again with The 49ers lol.

We could do a swap, Shanahan in SF and Harbaugh in DC.

Charley Casserly, Scot McCloughan (if he changes his mind), Trent Baalke would be my choices.

I agree with SFred, but also would not mind a guy like Bill Polian. He puts winners together.

Who is ready for this god for sakes season to end so we can get the rebuild underway?
Polian is 71 and doing analyst work now, not sure he'd be interested in coming back to the grind.

I could not see Polian and Snyder lasting more than a year together.

I would say bill Parcells but he's old also which sucks. Idk balke is good so I'd like that choice.
