MTK 12-07-2014, 09:35 PM I think jg and RG are both here next year. I don't see how they can be honestly. DynamiteRave 12-07-2014, 09:42 PM I think jg and RG are both here next year. No way they are both here next year. I'm surprised those two are coexisting right now without trying to choke each other. RG3 is too big of an ego and Gruden is super critical of him. Either one of them or both of them walk. CrustyRedskin 12-07-2014, 09:45 PM Who is ready for this god for sakes season to end so we can get the rebuild underway? Been rebuilding since 91 we should have a Roman fn Empire by now. :Smoker: Redskin Warrior 12-07-2014, 09:48 PM I believe Seattle is the blueprint to follow on how to build a franchise. They are loaded with talented most of their backups could be starters on other teams. How many players on our squad could be starters on other teams? Maybe 4-5 at the most that is terrible. Outside of Trent on the online no one else could be a starter anywhere else. That is unacceptable no way we can be contenders with this roster. No way we can develop talent with this roster. I honestly believe that we hinder talent more than develop it. Jason Campbell was a prime example of this IMO he had the arm, the professionalism, the work ethic, but not the roster or the patience from the owner for his potential to flourish. I see the same thing with RG3 he has been more hindered than developed. skinsfan69 12-07-2014, 10:05 PM Gruden will be back. It would be a PR nightmare for Snyder if he fires Gruden after one year. It will look like he's siding with Griffin again. Personally the Redskins need to realize that Griffin isn't a 16 game starter and try and move him. Once they come to that conclusion then they can move on and figure out plan B. mbedner3420 12-07-2014, 11:49 PM I'd be all for it. Let's have a true house cleaning. Hire a real GM, kick Allen back to team President, and let the new GM call all the shots as far as hiring a new HC and putting together a new staff. This. Dear god, all of this. sevier2 12-07-2014, 11:59 PM There has to be a point where Danny wakes up and looks at this product (the team) and says it terrible. He has to wake up and see that the decisions HE is making is hurting this team. He needs a guy that is proven to know how to assess and acquire talent as his right hand. Seeing how empty the stadium is, and hearing how cheap the tickets are selling, Snyder has to take notice now. The fastest way to promote change is stop the influx of revenue. Only then will Snyder REALLY step up and make the necessary changes. Money>talent hasnt worked here, nor anywhere else. The sooner he realizes that the sooner the team improves and so does his own revenue. You'd think one of the youngest millionaires to live would know this simple philosophy... CASKINS 12-08-2014, 12:00 AM I don't see how they can be honestly. This sounds like a great storyline for "Americas Game" 2015 Washington Redskins lol. I can hear it now Robert: Coach man, Coach looked at me and he said I'm DONE get the footwork and reads down or don't play you have screwed this up!!!!!!!!! Ok ok it's getting late I need to put down the gin |
