They reportedly didn’t see or hear them, and these protesters are upset because a right — an important right, that the majority of Americans support — was taken away. Not only the right to choose, by the way, but this justice was part of the process of stripping away the right to privacy.”

For me, and I believe most who are against abortion as a sanctified right, is that it is a sanctity of life issue. Sorry if that doesn't fit your agenda or view of my beliefs.

But even outside of the sanctity of life issue. The Constitution was written to establish a government that was responsive at the lowest level. The Federal government was supposed to handle cooperation between the independent states, we have certainly grown beyond that, but at some level the 10th amendment still exists:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Abortion, condoms, etc, those are state level issues, they should not be federally mandated. Not as our constitution is written at least.
