10th Amendment - Rights Reserved to States or People
Passed by Congress September 25, 1789. Ratified December 15, 1791.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Most think it was leaked from a left leaning clerk - but that is not certain. It doesn't matter if it was right or left if they find out who did it they need to be fired and disbarred (and also prosecuted if the act violated law).

This isn’t a states right issue. Congress wil make abortions illegal in this country in 2025.

Saw this somewhere earlier, so thought I'd share:
Just remember, most of those crying, "my body my choice" this week were the ones saying "you must get the jab" last year.
I would say the inverse is also true. Those screaming my body my choice about a vaccine are also the ones that oppose abortion.
