You should have kept reading. There's not a lot of articles about Griffin being wrote anymore that aren't just piling on the negativity. It's a good read.

You convinced me to read it. The problem is that the article is based on the premise that with health and confidence back RG-3 will be great again. What about the fact that the 2012 offense isnt coming back? That teams are able to key on that now like they do with Kap in San Fran?
He alludes to Cooleys breakdown of Griff, but than just brushes that off again with confidence issues. He seems to think it is all mental. Imo Griff is just not a good QB, whether he is "mentally" ready to be one or not. Im mentally ready to be a millionaire, but guess what? Lol.
If Griff is ever a great QB I will be very surprised. If he is ever a great QB in Washington I will be very surprised, and ecstatic. I just dont see it, but Stranger things have happened.

RG3 wasn't breaking it up. I think you're confusing RG3 with Ryan Grant.

RG3 is seen briefly in the background away from the scuffle in a yellow jersey, throwing a pass while the fight ensued.

At the 18 - 20 second mark he comes over to kind of say clamp down, fight was over at the point but B for effort.

He isnt killing this team. This team was six feet under when he got here.

I stopped reading as soon as they tried to draw comparison to Rodgers. His future was in doubt because Favre decided to come back and the Packers were going to trade Rodgers. His future was not in doubt because he sucked.

I have tried to tell you this before, but you insist that Aaron Rodgers was a cant miss from day one.

The first few years, the Packers started thinking that taking Rodgers was a mistake. He was a Tedford disciple and the Packers had to redo everything about Rodgers when he arrived in GB, his footwork, technique, everything. They didnt think he would ever turn it around those first couple of years.

People think im insane for saying this but... Rodgers would not have made it in the NFL without the complete makeover the Packers gave him.

I also keep trying to say this but people think im also nuts for saying this... Developing QB's in the NFL matters. Not only personal development but also having a good team around them where they dont have to carry a team.

I just wish at some point that we had a coach who would actually do that. I personally differ with you that RG3 cant be a good QB again. Having said that, he may be ruined forever. That still doesnt change that we arent getting one of the greats and need a coach who does more than just say if you cant run my offense, then you arent my guy (Gruden) or one that didnt even try to develop a QB because the choice was pushed onto him (Shanahan).

I'm surprised Wade Phillips doesn't get more consideration for HC

I think I'd love Rex Ryan here

There are two names I know are at the top of a potential wish list. Won't name them now. One might really piss you off

I thought gruden was safe for another year?

A lot of RGIII issues are related to lacking confidence (playing scared since the ankle injury). Just look at his body language, he also needs to learn to play in the pocket. Around here they are
Comparing the 2 (RGIII & Kap)to not trusting their OL's.

I never said Rodgers was a "cant miss" since day one. Obviously he dropped in the draft for a reason.
I think what I said last time we discussed this had to do with Rodgers first year "starting". What I said was the fanbase quickly forgot about Favre once Rodgers took over. Not overnight, but it did not take very long to ses the guy could play once he was the starter and his insane numbers back that up.

Then there's this, I disagree that his confidence is sky high.

Robert Griffin III’s confidence remains ‘sky high’ despite uncertain situation - The Washington Post (http://m.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/wp/2014/12/10/robert-griffin-iiis-confidence-remains-sky-high-despite-uncertain-situation/)
