I've purposely taken my time when getting in the car with those kind of people.

Get in, go through some stations for a minute or two, maybe pick something up to read or call my wife (and I will finish the call before I start driving, I prefer to watch the road when moving). Some people need to be taught the lesson of patience. They'd be in the store by the time I decide to pull out.

It's really pathetic when there is a spot open about 3 spaces away but they MUST have the closest spot so they don't overshoot their daily limit of steps walked.

No wonder 3 out of 4 people I see are overweight.

Mooby, he sounds like a homeless person with a social life. Cut him loose.

He actually was homeless, last year, living in his car outside of Chicago until I asked his uncle to let him come back and stay at his house and asked a couple old friends from the Target I used to work at if they could get him a job there. I can't just "cut him loose" now that he's back on his feet again.

Yeah I know that feeling. And it makes a pain in the ass too when you are trying to pass them in a crowded parking lot so you can go park in the back.

I tried, he made a mess after he was over a couple weeks ago and this time I gave him paper towels and a little talk about wiping his hands before he touched everything (we had Checkers a couple weeks ago and the same thing happened with the greasy doorknobs) and it appears not to have worked.

It's funny when it happens at the gym. Everyone fights for a parking space up front so that they will walk less...to work out.
