LOL, thanks for the explanation dad!
It gets humid in your house? I mean, South Carolina has humidity during a large part of the year, but inside of my condo it doesn't get humid. It warms up, but it doesn't turn into like being outside.
I leave the a/c off when I go to work, come home and it's 75-80 in there. We don't all live in modern houses built in the last 20 years. My house doesn't have central a/c. Window units ftw.

Where I live has more in common with central PA than central MD let alone northern VA. The weather for Baltimore and DC can also be very different. They will get 4 inches of snow and Baltimore will have rain.
Disagree, I live off the east side of 95 and 95 is typically the dividing line for snow - everywhere to the west/north usually gets snow that sticks and we get a slushy mix. We only had 2 instances of measurable snowfall last winter. I think the closer you are to the Potomac or the coast the worse off you are for snow.
But yeah I agree the weather for DC/NoVa and Baltimore can definitely be different.

Oh yes 95 definitely seems like a dividing line.

Much of the reason if not all of it is the amounts of Sea Air ,salt concentration. Mooby lives on the Shore, yeah a bit inland but still typically shore weather. Baltimore and place's around there , Annapolis , So. Maryland get some of the same due to the Chesapeake bay and it's mixture of Salt and Fresh water.
DMV usually gets hammered when the storm comes from the South and the cold air comes from the West. They meet around VA,DC or Maryland and it's heavy wet snow.

When you are out on a trail at a state park, where signs are posted on every trail head, dogs must be on leash and some one has their off leash dog running at me while I am out for my run. Then has the audacity to tell me "it's okay she's friendly" Okay random stranger I'll take your word for it.

i seriously don't understand this, like what are the pros of your dog off leash? i can't think of any but i can make a huge con list
i have three dogs they are never off leash in public; my lab if we are going do ball we go to basically deserted sections of the county and i threw it to him then back on leash for the walk back to the car
i see it all the time on busy trails with bikes and runners other leashed dogs etc, it makes zero sense

Pro's: Less work for the dog owner, more freedom for the dog.
Con's: Everything else, including up to being illegal altogether.

I keep floss picks everywhere now, in the car, at work. I can't eat without getting food stuck.
