maybe, but these are just the first waves of the green backlash, you can be sure that it will be huge green spill.

Well if the lawyers get to gready (maybe I should say when they get greedy) BP can just point that little law that puts a cap on these looses of 75 mil. I'm thinking they want to avoid doing this for PR reasons but these lawyers are seeing green and they want their share of the money. Not sure whats worse a greedy lawyer or politician. The problem is most politicians are also lawyes.

Id say greedy big businesses that cut corners, that are negligent with safety regulations and risk the lives of their employees for a dollar, that destroy the environment, that destroy the lively hoods of fellow citizens, and then when asked about it in front of everybody, they point the finger at someone else. I hate those people all day long easily over politicians and lawyers.

where else would tar balls be coming?

Is there another leak out there somewhere?? Otherwise that makes no sense.

A sampling of tar balls discovered on beaches at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Fla., Smathers Beach in Key West, Big Pine Key, Fla., and Loggerhead Key in the Dry Tortugas National Park, Fla. were flown on Tuesday by a Coast Guard jet to New London, Conn. for testing and analysis. "The results of those tests conclusively show that the tar balls collected from Florida Keys beaches do not match the type of oil from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico," the Coast Guard said. "The source of the tar balls remains unknown at this time."
