Guard watches coast for oil slick's first wave

We have relatives that live close to Pensacola, FL. Tar balls show up from time to time and are naturally occuring, according to the locals. I dont know what they come from though.

So this thing has been going on for 34 days and the best Obama has done was to form a commission to review how this happened and if any charges should be brought up against BP.

I love how all the conservatives have become eco-freaks when a disaster occurs while a Dem is in office.

How have the policies of regulation significantly changed since the Bush Admin? Or better yet since the last 10-15 years? It hasn't. This same thing could have happened if McCain had won.
