OH so lives are not at stake here. Tell that to the people who are slowly loosing their lives.

i never said that lives aren't at stake. but during the Katrina disaster, the response time had to be immediate, because people were literally drowning. and that's why W was hammered. that, and the fact he had an unqualified friend running FEMA
