some say the lunch reflects on the person.
I am eating ice cream right now, cookies and cream ofcourse.
I don't know what a lunch of ice cream says about you, but I'm guessing it's not good.
MY lunch is healthy. Given that I'll be doing pushups, pullups and running 6 miles a day for the next 6 months, I can't afford to be subsisting on cheesesteak subs and ice cream.

Just got back from enjoying a grilled stuft chicken burrito and spicy chicken taco from Taco Bell. To top it off, I stopped by Mickey D's and grabbed 2 apple turnovers. I like to treat myself on Fridays.
Taco Bell is my vice of choice. I always get a Grande Soft Taco and Spicy Chicken Burrito.

I am still deciding what my lunch should be. I could go get food but I don't want to. I could make something but I don't want to. I could eat some old chinese food but I don't want to. I think i might just not eat.

I don't get TMC's signature. It appears to have something to do with poo and virginity - is this a poke at me?

The rest of the day I've had 4 protein shakes. My coworker and I pound these things before we go lift. We're meatheads.

Taco bell order: 2 chicken chalupas supremes and 1 chicken nacho bell grande. Very filling but very expensive.

I hit a protein shake before a workout, and one before bed. Plenty of Udo's Choice fat in there to aid protein synthesis, otherwise ya just piss it right out.

Right. I've been trying to get about my body weight in protein each day. Problem is, once I get up to 200 lbs. of solid steel, I have to maintain it.

I'm at 200 right now - doing about 3600 calories per day. I've found for myself that an Isocaloric (equal caloric amounts of protein, fat and carbohydrates) works best for lean muscle mass gains. So, I do 300g (1200 calories) of protein, same for carbs, and abuot 133g (1200 calories) of fat.
Works well. I do have another interesting poo story to tell...it's forthcoming...
