Amen. Ribeye, plenty of salt & pepper, and slammed with the highest heat humanly possible. 3 minutes per side. Horseradish sauce on the side.

I like my steaks rare, like right off the cow, filet mignons are good for that. But I can eat any kind of steak put in front of me.

That's just un-American.

When it comes to steak, Rib Eye or Filet you cant go wrong. When Im cooking at home, Filet is just so easy to fix.

I go to this nice lil cheap steak place down the street from work and their Sirloin are just beautiful too...I think its a chain, but damn good. Texas Roadhouse? Unbelievably great and their draft beer is the coldest around. Ice cold budwesier and med-rare sirloin...fat and happy
