^ lol

Nice to go into the bye with this W and KC playing great, would have been a long bye otherwise

I think the drama created by the sports media alone would have driven me crazy. Code red bye week :)

Fired up after a big win, nothing more than that although I'm sure some will want to make a big deal about it. Good for Kirk, he balled out.

The projections are not good but the idea is for him to get better by playing and turn his numbers around.

In a perfect world, I think he would need to play more before we would come to any conclusions about him as a starter. Unfortunately, since contract decisions loom for both Kirk and RGIII, Kirk's time to prove himself may be shortened. He probably needs to step it up starting with today's game. If Kirk plays poorly today and we lose to Tampa Bay going into our bye week, I wouldn't be shocked if Jay Gruden reinstates RGIII as the starting QB.

I would also say that the expectation was for the running game to be the strength and have Kirk be a game manager a la early Roethlisberger and Flacco, but since the running game has been part of a Houdini act they've relied on KC more than desired. I would assume Jay and Sean McVay were hoping KC would be around 3,000 yd pace instead of 4,000.

On the plus side he has been the best two minute QB I've seen on the Skins in a long time.

Amazing with the game on the line. Starting to expect him to come through.

Who was he even talking to there? But yeah, I can see from the other thread some people are making wild proclamations

He was talking to Tarik El-Bashir, who when asked about it said he didn't think it was a big deal. That he was jacked up. He did admit that he has been critical of Kirk (I mean who hasn't), but downplayed the whole thing.

EDIT: I will say though, this probably will become a story of some sort. It's a bye week and people need stuff to talk about. This will be one of those things we hear a lot about.
