It's not just a blanket all clear for re-opening, he's still leaving it up to the districts to decide how to proceed and they have to stay under a 5% positive test rate to stay open.

No blinders, he statement to have kids back in classroom ..this issue for some reason has moved to a political issue by the left and the teachers union. So when you have a major political figure whose state had the most trouble with COVID go against the position, it’s big news. His level of 5 percent is is higher than Comrade Balsio’s 3% and 1% from others.
