You have no idea if they would have come home under another administration or not. You also have no idea what the true cost of this “good will gesture “ by Un is. Again do you really think that Donald fucking Trump - the same one who led the charge against the central park 5 (that is 5 Americans) - to get the death penalty without really having any idea the facts of the case- is just so grief stricken about three Asian Americans that he has sacrificed in some form to get them home? Ill answer that for you. No. Who knows what sleazy shit this guy is capable of - we find out more every day. Funny how the day after Russian collusion becomes a real thing that these three guys would be the big story for the Trump apologists. Lol

To them yes,to the rest of the county no. You want trump to get credit yet it's South Korea and China that are doing the work. Why would you go over there anyway knowing what it was like and against the expressed concern of your own goverment.


You want people to give credit to two known mentally challenged leaders for "not blowing up their own people".Add in the fact that trump just backed out(violated) of a deal deal with Iran and left our Allies holding a thumb up their ass,trump supporters are as crazy as he is.

Let me make a few other things very clear.
1) Im extremely happy three people are free. All innocent people in the world should be.
2) i have said forever that Presidents are just figure heads. (Especially this one.) So Ill always pump the brakes hard before I give them credit for decisions that would have been made regardless of who is in office.
3) I hate Donald Trump because he is a lying scum. He colluded his way into office and now spends his time lying to the World (like he has for years) on the grandest of stages. Policy is a party thing not a President thing. This guy is just a loud ass blow horn for the Republicans- a total idiot of a puppet.

Great job by the President securing the release of these 3 hostages. Hopefully he continues to push North Korea towards De-nuclearizing the peninsula. Fairly clear to everyone with a brain that without the Presidents aggressive policy, especially the most aggressive sanctions N Korea has ever faced, this would have never taken place.

The administration was actually satellite tracking N Korea ships all over the world and then banning them from ports. This also included the banning of some Chinese ships which were involved in trade against the latest sanctions.

So the administration also pressured China to get N Korea to come to the table with not only this topic but also using our own trade policy against them.

Clearly without the aggressive policy applied by this administration, we would not be where we are today.

While we have a ways to go, we should all be hoping for a North Korea without Nuclear Weapons. But unfortunately, I see we still have folks who are too stupid to see this...

Even if that were all as honky dory as you think it is than give credit to the party like I said. Trump deserves about as much credit for any talk of denuclearization as Obama does for capturing Bin Laden. Less actually because Trump was to busy calling him names on Twitter to have had absolutely anything at all to do with any of it. Also for the last time Un has pulled this peace on earth bullshit before. But as soon as he launches his next rocket im sure the trumpers will find a way to blame Nancy Pelosi or Obama or Giant one or libtards or blah blah blah
